DAGOBERT WEISS Is a Berlin singer songwriter & multi-instrumentalist. He writes his songs in German. He learned percussion from the percussion teacher Vincent Riewe, (Max Raabe Band), in the well-known "Royal school of music" he got an exam in percussion with honors. Dagobert has taught himself piano and guitar autodidactically. He is inspired by the stories that life writes.
His work comes from the heart and is truly 'soul' music. His lyrics and melodies reach out to connect us all at a deeper level. In addition to making such beautiful music, Tony is someone who cares deeply about human welfare, animals, nature and the injustice and inequality that can often prevail in this life.
From our viewpoint the present socioeconomic conditions are spiralling downwards due to the increasing power of money, banks and the media. We strongly condemn this system through our music. Our songs are mainly about the way we experience the ill effects of this system in our everyday lives. Many tend to shun this reality, blindly focusing on their own wellbeing and forgetting that we share a community with others. Greed becomes overpowering and ignorance becomes bliss.

Ed Bentley is a fine Pianist/Organist/Vocalist and multi-instrumentalist known principally for his work on Jazz Piano and Hammond Organ despite his early start with the double bass and electric bass at the age of 14 and acoustic and electric guitars at the age of 18. Ed arrived in the UK in 1971. Working musicians rated him as soon as he arrived, since then he has been winning friends all over England, Europe, the USA and most parts of the world with his music.
Quadrophenia - the album, LIVE! - pays tribute to the emotive music of The Who, the biggest-selling and most powerful band in the world for decades. Produced specifically for the theatre stage and appealing to all generations, it is a storming show (literally!) with full-on sound effects as used on the original album and state-of-the-art lighting to enhance the performance.

Sarah Kershaw is a professional pianist and singer who has been bringing a touch of class to weddings, events, and lounge bars in the UK and abroad for the past 8 years. It’s always difficult to follow such a well received set - it’s almost as if the gauntlet has been thrown down. But follow it JFK Blue did and with some style as they tore through numbers from their debut album, ‘Rough Round The Edges’ and some new songs. This was, it seemed, a band on a mission. Ably fronted by on guitars and vocals the pace was frantic from the off but amazingly just built and built. TRC is a hardcore punk and rap infused band from London, UK. In total, they have released three albums and five EPs. They have played UK festivals such as Sonisphere Download Festival. Hevy Fest and Ghostfest as well as Xtreme Fest in France, Bergenfest in Norway, as well as tours across Germany.

Two things to remember when playing in DCB (1) always play in time, even if it is 15/16, (2) don't forget your passport. I usually manage to achieve one of these fundamental tasks. When I first joined DCB in 1995 after spending many years doing studio sessions, I was certainly overwhelmed by the bands incredible sense of time, ie not just playing in 4/4 and realized I had to get used to 'playing outside the box'.

Most guitarists are familiar with the term harmonics. When a string is touched lightly above the 12th fret and plucked, it produces a note that is exactly one octave above the fundamental or open string note. If the same string is now pressed at the 12th fret and the note played, it should sound exactly the same pitch as the harmonic. If it does, then intonation at the 12th fret is correct
